OPTIFAST^® "New You" Weight Loss Contest

The OPTIFAST "New You" weight loss contest is designed to recognize OPTIFAST patients and health care professionals for their pursuit of and dedication to long-term weight loss management.

Nominate yourself, nominate an OPTIFAST patient or nominate a health care professional.

Patients

The contest is open to patients who have completed the following milestones:

• Successfully complete the OPTIFAST 12-week full-meal replacement program
• Full compliance with all OPTIFAST Program requirements

Qualifying patients are eligible to enter for a chance to win a trip to New York City for a makeover and $500 shopping spree. Up to three Grand Prize winners will be selected in a calendar year.

Health Care Professionals

The contest is open to health care professionals (physicians, nurses, registered dietitians, and behaviorists) who are dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain long-term weight loss through the OPTIFAST Program.

Qualifying health care professionals are eligible to enter for a chance to win an OPTIFAST Inspire Award. Up to three health care professionals will be selected in a calendar year. To learn more, click here.
