BUTTER RUM SHAKE

This recipe puts the brakes on calories but goes full-throttle on flavor.

Ingredients
1 – 8 fl oz container OPTIFAST 800® Ready to Drink Vanilla
4 tsp sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
¼ tsp rum extract

Preparation
1. Pour OPTIFAST 800® Ready to Drink into a shaker container with a tight fitting lid.
2. Add pudding mix and stir with a fork or wire whip until dissolved; add rum extract.
3. Cover tightly and shake vigorously for 20 – 30 seconds.
4. Pour into a glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon, if desired.

Note: Shake will slowly thicken over time so try to drink within 5-10 minutes after preparing.

½ cup sliced peaches
½ cup low-fat, sugar-free peach yogurt
Crushed ice

Preparation
