TOMATO FLORENTINE SOUP

Hearty enough for winter, but satisfying all year round!

Ingredients
1 – 1.53 oz packet OPTIFAST 800® Garden Tomato Soup Mix
6-8 fl oz hot water
2 Tbsp frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
½ tsp grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
1. Pour hot water into a bowl.
2. Add OPTIFAST 800® Garden Tomato Soup; stir until dissolved.
3. Add cooked spinach; stir well.
4. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese

½ cup frozen mixed vegetables, cooked (according to package directions) and drained

Preparation

Dash of hot pepper sauce, if desired

Preparation
