We want to celebrate your weight loss journey! Inspire others to opt for the OPTIFAST® program by sharing your success story with us, for the opportunity to become one of three 2022 OPTIFAST® Patient Ambassadors and win a $1,000.

Prizes
Up to three (3) contest winners will receive a $1,000**. Winners will be announced as the 2022 OPTIFAST® Patient Ambassadors with their stories portrayed in OPTIFAST® marketing materials across all platforms (print, social, digital, etc).
Eligibility
We invite U.S. residents who have actively participated in the OPTIFAST® program through an authorized OPTIFAST® provider for at least 12 weeks before entering this contest.
Criteria
Three (3) criteria will be considered:
How inspirational, creative, original and compelling your story is
How well the answer represents the spirit of the OPTIFAST® brand and its mission to achieve better health and well-being
Weight loss percentage

Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of who have completed at least twelve weeks of either the OPTIFAST® full or partial meal replacement program through an authorized OPTIFAST® provider, including full compliance with all OPTIFAST® Program requirements.
